Get every quote request on your phone in seconds.
Speed Alert texts you the moment someone asks for a quote, with how serious they are and what to say. You're on the phone before your competitors even notice it in their inbox.
The first call wins the job.
A customer fills in your quote form at 2:10pm. You're on a job until 4. By the time you call back, they've booked whoever picked up first. The lead arrived at a moment your business wasn't set up to catch.

Catch it. Know it. Close it.
Three steps from a form filled in to a job on the calendar. Each one takes something in, does its work, and hands the next step something better.
From form to phone call in seconds, with the words ready.
A score with its reasons
Every lead is scored out of 10 against your services, your area and their timeline, so you call the hot ones first.
A script built from what they wrote
An opener, the questions to ask, the answer to "I'm getting a few quotes", and a close. You sound locked in even if your attention is spread, and your newest hire sounds like your best.

Open the app to your calls due, overdue follow-ups and new leads, in order.
Follow-up engine
No lead sits without a next step. When one goes overdue, you get a nudge.
Notes and approvals Try it
The whole story lives on the lead. Tag the owner when a discount, a date or a quote needs a yes.
Lead sources
Leads and wins by channel, so you know which ad dollars come back.
Works with what you have
Your current forms and lead ads feed it. Leads can go on to the tools you already use.
Added to your plan as each one ships.
One app instead of a stack of subscriptions.
Tap each tile to add the separate tool you'd need for that job, and watch what the same setup costs elsewhere. Speed Alert does all six.
Tap the tiles above to add up what you'd pay elsewhere.
Typical prices for separate tools that cover each job, as of October 2026, before usage fees. Automation tools charge per task, so a busy month or a good ad costs more. Wiring estimates: about $1,500 to connect two or three tools, $4,500+ for four or more, spread over 12 months. Rolling-out features aren't counted until they ship.
You're on a job. Someone on your team takes it.
Working alone today? Everything above works for one person. Add a crew or an office manager later and the same app routes leads between you.
Tap to claim: beat Rick to it
The alert goes to the whole team with no customer details. The first tap gets the name, number and script, so two people never call the same customer. Rick is quick.
Nothing slips through
If nobody claims a lead, it escalates on a clock you set. Drag the slider, or watch it play.

Day 1Still open? It goes on the owner's Today list
Every message to a customer is written with you, in your voice, and approved before it goes live.
See every lead, every rep, every next step.
You see the whole board; each rep sees their own. When a rep's follow-up goes overdue, they get a nudge, then you do.

Built by someone who's done this since 2017.
I'm Robert Macbeth. I've been building lead automation for businesses since 2017, back when an alert like this had to be stitched together by hand across $1,000+ worth of softwares, before Facebook even had lead forms.
I was one of ManyChat's Educators and launched its Spanish-speaking market. By the end of 2020, a big share of the chatbot agencies ManyChat listed were run by my students.
Setup is one call. You tell me how you sell, what you charge and what customers ask, and I build your app around it.
Questions owners ask
Do I have to change my website or software?
No. Speed Alert connects to the forms and lead ads you already have. Your customers see nothing different.
I work alone. Is this too much for me?
No. The alert, score, script, Today list and follow-ups are built for one person. The team features stay out of your way until you add someone.
Will my customers get messages from a robot?
Only the holding text, and only if nobody claims the lead in time. We write it together in your voice, you approve it, and you can switch it off.
Why is it a custom build?
We are custom-developing Speed Alert with our first 20 businesses, so each one is set up around how that business actually sells.
What does it cost?
A one-time custom setup, scoped on the demo call so you know the number before you decide, then $497 a month with 3 team seats. Extra seats are $49 a month each, with volume pricing available upon request. The founding price stays locked while you are subscribed.
Can I cancel?
Monthly plans cancel any time and run to the end of the month you paid for. Annual plans are refundable within the first 30 days, then run for the year. Setup fees are not refundable.
How long does setup take?
Your app is live within 10 business days. Setup is one call where you walk me through how you sell. I build the rest.
Be the first call, every time.
Book a 20-minute demo. I'll show you the app with a lead from a business like yours, and we'll work out whether it fits.
